HR Executive - [Level 3]

About the role

SK Engineering is looking for an organised and people-focused HR Executive – Level 3 to support recruitment, employee administration and general HR operations.

You will work closely with employees, managers and candidates to ensure HR processes are handled professionally, confidentially and on time.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee files, attendance records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare offer letters, joining documents and routine HR correspondence.
  • Support induction, employee engagement and internal communication activities.
  • Respond to employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Assist with leave, attendance, performance and training records.
  • Help ensure company policies and applicable employment requirements are followed.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and maintain accurate recruitment data.

You communicate clearly, protect confidential information and follow through reliably. Employees and candidates receive timely support, while HR records remain accurate, organised and up to date.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Practical experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle coordination.
  • Good understanding of HR documentation and workplace practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Professional judgement and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Experience in engineering, construction or project-based organisations is advantageous.
